1.Voucher Prize Draw:

1.1.Promoter - The promoter is Pharmacybrands Limited. All information published by Pharmacybrands Limited on how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions.

1.2.Entrants - The competition is open to all New Zealand residents who are 18 years or over and either

1.2.1.Gained one automatic entry by filling in all the specified fields at www.good-things.co.nz or

1.3.Opportunity to gain automatic entry into the prize draw is from 1 - 30 August 2010

1.4.Entry to the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions.

1.5.The promoter reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who Pharmacybrands Limited decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the terms and conditions, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

1.6.Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for Pharmacybrands Limited to publish the Winner’s details on the Amcal & Unichem websites for promotional purposes or use for other media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.

1.7.Only the person who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prize (‘the Winner’).

1.8.The Winner will be determined by random draw.

1.9.The first ten eligible Winner s drawn will receive a $100 Amcal or Unichem Gift Voucher which must be used within 12 months of issuance

1.10.The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.

1.11.The judge’s determination of the Winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner will be notified by phone (voice or text and must be available for the preparation of all publicity that may be required by Pharmacybrands Limited. The notification must be acknowledged by the Winner within one week, failure to acknowledge the notification will be regarded as forfeit.

1.12.Where attempts to contact the Winner fail (eg when the Winner cannot be contacted by phone/e-mail after three attempts) the judge will select another winner. If, after successful notification, the prize is not collected within three months of being announced it will be regarded as forfeit.

1.13.If the Winner is under the age of 18 years their parent or guardian must give their prior written consent to the award of the prize.

1.14.Prize Draw will be held on 3 September 2010 and winners will be notified no later than the 24 September 2010.

1.15.Pharmacybrands Limited reserves the right to extend or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason.

1.16.Pharmacybrands Limited disclaims any responsibility for the inability to enter, complete or continue the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, Acts of God or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law Pharmacybrands Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the Promotion prize.

1.17.Acceptance of a prize for the purposes of this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
