From time to time, you, the customer of PharmacyBrands Ltd (PBL), will provide personal or private information to PBL for the purposes of facilitating website offers. PBL respects the privacy of its customers and has put in place this privacy policy so that PBL's customers are aware of how that information may be used.
The personal information collected by PBL will generally include, but is not limited to, customers names, addresses, & contact details.
The majority of personal information obtained by PBL is obtained through the voucher registration for PBL promotions. This information may be provided by customers when they request or require a product or service from PBL or related entities, complete a survey or questionnaire, enter a competition, or communicate with PBL through any other means.

PBL abides by the Privacy Act 1993 (New Zealand). At all times, PBL will endeavour to collect personal information direct from PBL's customers.
Under the Privacy Act 1993, PBL's customers have the right to access personal information about themselves which is held by PBL. PBL's customers may also request any correction of that information at any time and PBL will endeavour to promptly make any such corrections, as well as ensuring that the personal information obtained from PBL's customers is accurate.
